Robert Walters Barcelona is hiring a Brand Manager OTC for an important pharmaceutical company.
Important laboratory is looking for a Brand Manager OTC in Barcelona.
The Role
The primary purpose of the role is to manage, in an innovative way, the life cycle of the brands and product/s proposing the appropriate strategies and tactics aligned with the strategy of client, taking into account the differentiating characteristics of the products, clients and/or territories. All of this with the aim of maximising the sales results and contribution of the product/s.
As a brand manager you will have a direct impact on the results of both the brands assigned and the whole OTC area.
Main responsibilities
1. Development, execution and monitoring of brands and product/s assigned within the OTC Therapeutic Area.
2. Define the strategy and the tactics for each brand/product: analysis, elaboration, execution and follow-up of the Marketing Plans.
3. Full accountability of brand financials: P&L, A&P, pricing.
4. Develop and implement marketing initiatives, making sure all stake holders involved are covered: consumer, pharmacy, partners.
5. Team player. Closely work with transversal departments such as sales, quality, regulatory, finance, legal, ensuring coordination and transparency.
6. Active participation in the 5-year strategic plan for the OTC area.
7. Brand pipeline development, making sure mid and long term targets are achieved.
