.Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies, covering strategic corporate branding functions related to strengthening the FPI brand and reputation, and tactical marketing, including all campaigns and plans to communicate the features and benefits of new or potential products to customers. The Marketing Manager will handle market research on current trending products, establish timescales for upcoming products, influence pricing and packaging, guide sales teams, develop messaging and market positioning around products and take part in presentations and events. The Marketing Manager will be the 'voice of the customer' within the company, taking the lead in continuous research on consumer needs and experiences. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for providing lead support to ensure strategy and tactical resource execution is in alignment with the company's corporate goals and objectives, as well as aligned with the parent's strategic direction. This includes integrating regeneration and decarbonization in central messaging and communications campaigns. The Marketing Manager is accountable for the development and implementation of strategic plans related to specific product lines, covering current and future offerings and markets, short to long-term time frames, and works with all levels of management to provide sound analysis and strategic recommendations on how to optimize business plans, policies and procedures.Lead coordinator for new product or service launched or updated; orchestrates all components of launching and sustaining product/service in the market, including product strategy, pricing, product positioning, target audience, messaging and branding, including all support communications campaigns and budgeting.Lead in data mining and analytics to help determine potential products or services and overall viability. Information is gathered through competitive research, surveys, focus groups and other tactics, followed by translating the data into actionable insights that help in decision-making.Lead in content development and, responsible for crafting and distributing helpful, relevant content for an identified audience.Content could be in the form of blog articles, newsletters, infographics, videos, etc
