Our ideal business analyst doesn't just manage our books and make our ends meet; they help drive the company forward.So while one aspect of this role is about understanding our numbers and budgets, equal aspects of the position require the big vision and drive of an ambitious Finance team member. You'll make huge impact, not just on the bottom line performance of your Fulfilment Centre, but on the overall customer experience.You'll employ every facet of finance data mining to ensure your partners, colleagues and leaders have the most up to date, reliable information at hand, helping them make the best possible financial decisions they can.You'll be responsible for:- Managing and participating in finance and accounting activities across several locations, that you will visit periodically with an expected 30% of time traveling,- Implementing policies and programs that guide Operations towards maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability,- Creating a "learn by doing" environment, by engaging with the on-the-floor associates and managers,- Partner with your team, by managing all weekly and monthly financial activities, including forecasting, planning and reporting,- Working with data source providers and technology teams, ensuring that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely.- Promoting and pushing recruiting efforts forward across the network, to continually hire and develop the best professionalsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Madrid, ESA day in the lifeAs a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll play a core role in a number of projects at any one time. By tracking performance metrics, analyzing data and building financial models, you'll identify where we can drive better efficiency and productivity. You'll also show us how different scenarios impact our business from a financial perspective, which is vital for many of our stakeholders to make business decisions.You will be working closely with our business partners to provide the insights they need.About the teamCustomer Fulfilment, or CF, is where it all started for Amazon. We help to manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock.Lots of different people work in our Fulfilment Centres, so there are plenty of opportunities for every skillset.
