The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst, that will support the development of a portfolio of B2B applications for our customers in the automotive industry. From vehicle damage assessment, repair cost estimation to customer-facing invoices and appraisal reports.
What You'll Do Gain and maintain an excellent and in-depth level of understanding on the assigned product(s) and services which include: Qapter, Class, Calculation Services and Calculation ReportsRequirements gathering/elicitation from customers, product managers and other stakeholdersWrite business requirements based on existing solutions and new requirements for the related products and processes in corresponding JIRA user storiesCollaborate closely with Product Management to refine existing features and define new onesCollaborate closely with Engineering and QA teams to ensure that products are developed as definedCreate compelling documentation to support engineering teams and business value propositionCollaborate closely with other team´s BAs and experts to create, maintain and document product demo environments with up-to-date software, configuration and data packagesAssist with product configuration, feature activation and presentations for the Qapter Core Data domainCollaborate closely with UX teams to understand user paint points and flows and define actionable items for Engineering teamsDetailed analysis of estimation results and repair cost output for feature definition and fine-tuningWhat You'll Bring At least 3 years of business analyst experience in the digital or automotive sectors in an international companyExperience with B2B applications in order to effectively manage stakeholders, features and dependenciesOutstanding prioritization and time management skillsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention and focus on detailExperience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Software Development frameworksVery good in creating product documentationExcellent written communication skills in English, additional languages can be a plusRequires a BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electric/Mechanical Engineering or similarNice-to-have: Experience with big data, risk systems, calculation engines and/or mathematical modellingNice-to-have: Experience with both relational and NoSQL databasesIt is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
