.We are SEEKING A BUSINESS ANALYST / Excel expert tosupport OXON's business and operations departments.OXON Epidemiology is a small, niche, late phase international Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with Operations centred in our central Madrid office. By working in OXON, you can further your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, be innovative and make an impact.JOB DESCRIPTION:This position requires an expert level of Excel skills for building complex spreadsheets for a variety of uses, from bid and cost quote preparation to tracking changes in project scope. The candidate shall work together with the Department Director in ensuring successful project budgets and cross project resource planning.Main Responsibilities:Provide operational support to the Business Development Department in the development and coordination of formal proposals and response documents from receiving RFP/RFI.Support to coordinate/facilitate proposal milestone meetings (strategy, kick-off, review meetings), ensure RFP compliance, compose/customize diverse proposal sections, conduct reviews, and perform quality document controls.Collaborate in the preparation and review of budgets, agreements, out of scopes and payment schedules, all in Excel.Support in Management proposal deadlines through effective time management, establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, assembly, and distribution.Collaborate, coordinate, and edit all information from the various departments.Support in tracking all documents related to sponsors' proposal responses.Maintenance and update of the status of the company capabilities and experience records.Contact with 3rd party vendors as required.Requirements:Expert Excel skills.Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences, Business administration or Accounting is required.Previous experience within a CRO environment in bid or proposal development and projects is a plus.Strong Office 365 applications skills: Expert Excel experience to include setting up of complex spreadsheet templates and advanced use of Word templates and PowerPoint presentations.
