You will be responsible for acting as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You will analyse processes, identify improvements and develop solutions to optimise efficiency and performance.What will you do?Requirements gathering and analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their issues, needs and objectives.Solution design: Use knowledge of business needs to design and document solutions that address identified problems.Communication: Effectively communicate findings, recommendations and solutions to stakeholders at all levels, both technical and functional.Documentation: Document all aspects of the business analysis process, including requirements, solutions and decisions made.Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and develop and implement improvement plans.Testing and QA: Participate in the testing of implemented solutions and ensure that they meet business requirements.Required experience:Minimum of 5 years of work experience in similar roles.Required skills:Analytical skills: Strong skills in collecting, analysing and interpreting data from various sources.Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in an international environment.Problem solving skills: Ability to identify problems, analyse causes and develop creative solutions.Organisational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies: Knowledge of tools and methodologies used in business analysis, such as flowcharts, use case diagrams and business process modelling.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.G.
