At GFT we have an open position for a Business Analyst, fluent in Italian and English, as well as Spanish. This would be a project for one of our clients in the insurance sector. Your main responsibilities: Manage cross-functional project teams and perform business analysis for critical, enterprise-level projects and initiatives.Act as the relationship manager between IT and the business units, facilitating communication and strategic alignment (Insurance sector).Perform business process and technology analyses and recommend solutions that are in the best interest of the business and IT.Facilitate all aspects of project life cycle management. Skills will help you succeed: Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Telecommunications, Statistics or similar.Experience in the insurance sector.Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).Fluency in Italian and Spanish (at least C1).Good English level (at least B2).
