This individual will collaborate with various business functions within the US Commercial areas and technology teams to define processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement new functionality to enable the delivery of business objectives through technology. This role will partner with a Project manager and solution Deliver manager to ensure projects are managed to the original requirements, tested and delivered on time and on budget meeting business needs. This is a business-facing and technology-facing role, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills to create alignment across multiple stakeholders.You will be responsible for:Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of IT systems and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and innovation through technology.Understand and prioritize business requirements from multiple collaborators and proactively seek opportunities to enhance and improve in line with strategic goals.Interpret business requirements, effectively communicate impact, cost, and benefits of new and changed demandsWork with business and IT partners to propose and deliver solutions that achieve agreed outcomes and fulfill future strategic needs and challenges.Collaborate with technology teams to identify the capabilities required to ensure requirements are clearly understood and can be delivered.Facilitate and lead design sessions with the business and implementation team to identify functional and technical requirements.Define project scope and goals for small projects, set a budget and schedule, and provide hands-on leadership, planning, coordination, and delivery of key projects.Collate information from relevant sources for analysis and reporting relevant data trends for informed decision making and communicate with the relevant collaborators.Provide insight & innovation to projects within own specialist area, aligning to Alexion/AZ IT strategy and working with Alexion/AZ IT partners
