Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate change strategies, reasons for the change, and potential impacts. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and overcome obstacles that may arise during the change process. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess the impact of change and the factors driving it. Stakeholder Management: Ability to identify key stakeholders, understand their needs and concerns, and manage their expectations effectively. Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee workstream activities and milestones to ensure successful implementation Good Documentation Practice: Ability to clearly document any test results, deviations, Root cause analysis, fixes in alignment with all involved team members in a way that it is traceable, consistent, and accurate.
