We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Control Manager to join our credit rating agency's dynamic team, focusing on reinforcing controls by the first line of business. As a Business Control Manager, your primary responsibility will be the design, implementation and reinforcement of processes to enhance first line controls within our organization. Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving the effectiveness of our operational procedures and entails a significant amount of coordination and project management.
Your tasks & responsibilitiesProcess Implementation: Design, develop, implement, and oversee robust processes and procedures within the first line of business.Control Enhancement: Collaborate with the first line of business to identify control weaknesses and design solutions to strengthen controls effectively.
