.fit to content width : %; Height: autoMissionReporting to the Business Line Manager of the Compressor Technical Service (CTS) division, you will contribute to the growth of the business by implementing the After Sales Service strategy in our distributor network.This is based on 4 pillars : presence, efficiency, sales value (service ladder) and operational excellence in the execution of services.You will be in daily contact with our dealer network, our sales team, equipment divisions and our production unit based in Belgium.Main ResponsabilitiesDevelopment of the Distribution business plan in the different strategic dimensions, following the principle of "growing up the service ladder".Management, adjustment and implementation of the Distributor Policy in collaboration with the equipment divisions, to align BL's activities with respect to distributors.Plan and organize the training strategy in anticipation of the future needs of our distributors, ensuring the knowledge of CTS products and tools in the distribution network.Analysis of results with the Business Line Manager.
