Our goal is to boost brands through performance marketing. As we continue to expand our client base and reach, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and generating new opportunities for our paid media and social media marketing services. Your primary focus will be on identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and establishing our presence in the market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the paid media and social media marketing industry. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and positioning our services as solutions to help them achieve their marketing objectives. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify target industries, verticals, and segments for business development efforts. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects. Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our paid media and social media marketing services and address prospects' questions and concerns. Negotiate and close deals, including contract negotiation, pricing, and terms, while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company. Collaborate with the account management team to onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales process to the delivery of services. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships. Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections to the management team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Manager, or in a similar role within the digital marketing or advertising industry. Strong knowledge and understanding of paid media and social media marketing, including platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, generating new business, and closing deals. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients. Ability to understand clients' business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies. Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to prospects. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
