Business Development ManagerThing or Two is looking for a Portuguese speaker for the position of Business Development Manager to support our team in identifying, negotiating, and closing deals with mobile app developers and suppliers. The perfect candidate will maintain and grow with a strong strategic perspective, existing relationships, and new business opportunities. We thrive on creativity and developing innovative solutions in order to help businesses grow and succeed in the mobile world.Your day-to-day responsibilities:Full responsibility for the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new strategic clients.Create, manage, and record your sales activities in the CRM.Seeking out new business opportunities for the organizationMeet and exceed the quarterly and annual revenue targets assigned.Participate in the upgrade of the company's services.Generate new business opportunities by representing Thing or Two and its services.Work cross-functionally with the other teams to reach company objectives as well as ensure clients' satisfaction.Your skills and knowledge:Superior negotiation skills with the ability to craft ROI-oriented agreements.Strong verbal and written communication skillsExperienced in working in fast-paced environments.Competitive-driven and results-oriented.Motivated for sales and business development challenges.Quick learner able to adapt to new technologies, software, and responsibilities.Work experience in the mobile app industry is preferred.Experience or knowledge about the mobile performance industry is a plus.Analytical and strategic mindset.Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Your basic requirements:Portugues and English is a MUST.Minimum +1 year of experience in Business Development or SalesNOTE: we do NOT provide VISA sponsorship.
