Our last-mile team is looking for a dynamic and well-organized Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for recruiting new business partners for Hub Delivery. You will foster strong partnerships with local community leaders along with our operational teams. This is an opportunity to be part of a new and quickly growing environment that is focused on improving the delivery experience for our customers in Urban and Rural areas of Spain.The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems and processes and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusion to take action when are needed. The candidate will be comfortable in working by objectives.Key job responsibilities- Proactively source store owners interested in the project- Acquire new partners through driving referrals through community leaders, hosting events at the local and station levels, and performing in person visits- Familiarize yourself with the region where you will recruit partners and craft a strategy based on your local knowledge- Setting proper expectations with leads to ensure they're setup for success- Partner with internal teams to facilitate solutions on behalf of our partners to improve their experience- Work closely with Onboarding, Account Management and Marketing teams, ensuring regular communications on partner pipeline and target achievement
