Close collaboration and proactivity to engage with SCIB leadership (geographies & products) to push local and global SCIB initiatives.Significant influencing of senior stakeholders, at all levels, is required as well as leadership experience to prioritize competing demands and deliver to tight timeframes.Provide close support to the Global Head of SCIB in his leadership role, preparing for Senior Management presentations, developing documents for Group level governance (Board of Directors, Executive Committee ), and preparing for client and employee interactions.Ensure the appropriate execution of the internal governance procedures.EXPERIENCE- Minimum 8 years of relevant experienceEDUCATION- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
