Your mission is to take the helm in our growth journey byforging connections with potential clients, cultivating these relationships, and leveraging your communication skills to enhance sales and navigate Motive towards enduring success.What you'll do - Develop commercial campaigns from prospecting to closure, analyse campaign results, and propose improvements.Collaborate on preparing and optimising resources for campaign development.Manage the Motive events area: understand event objectives, explore prospect options, and craft event proposals for Motive.Deliver sales pitches, product reports, and other valuable information to potential prospects, promoting Motive's brand and mission while helping prospects identify their product needs.Manage a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts within an assigned territory.Generate new sales leads through outbound prospecting (industry events, cold calling, and emailing).Cultivate lasting trust-based relationships with clients.Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Care, or Product, to enhance cross-functional connections and add value.Achieve and surpass your monthly quotas and objectives, c ontributing to the achievement of team goals.Stay updated on new products/services and pricing/payment plans.What you'll bring - Language Proficiency: Native Italian. Proficiency in a second language (French, Spanish, Italian, German) will be appreciated.Outbound B2B Prospecting Expertise : Over a year of cold calling and email outreach experience to generate a robust business pipeline.Relationship Building: Skill in nurturing customer connections from prospecting to closure for impactful growth.Effective Multitasking: Proven track record of prioritising and managing tasks for focused business development.BA or BS Degree: Academic foundation in business, marketing, or related fields.Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in business sales or related markets.Startup Exposure: Previous experience in a start-up environment preferred
