As part of our sales organization, you will work with a customer segment where you can make a real difference, Small and Medium-sized companies. The position requires a combination of technical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A core part of the role is to advance the engagement process so that targets for the account portfolio are met. Tasks Manage partner forecasting/partners performance by tracking tools Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities detected, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate Understand partner market and competition and evaluate reseller interest Work together with partner to drive revenue for BU via campaigns May have deal pricing delegation rights and be expected to demonstrate required skills to utilize effectively Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI Hunt & Recruit new partners when relevant to BU requirements Requirements Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch + Fluent in English Have sales experience Have exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer facing role Are success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment It will be an advantage if you: Possess experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology Can demonstrate knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions Benefits You will be trained and constantly guided by your managers and your team. You will increase your level of knowledge of Cloud platform offerings, develop your language and communication skills.
