This role demands a hands-on leader adept at HR and people's operations management, with substantial experience in labor legislation in Spain, payroll operations, day-to-day finance, and accounting—in both execution and strategy. The successful candidate will ensure the effective management of budgets and personnel and compliance with labor laws, enhancing organizational efficiency and promoting a high-performance culture.What will you be doing?Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, hiring processes, and payroll management, while ensuring compliance with Spanish labor legislation.Oversee and ensure alignment managing projects and responsibilities related to HR operations, serve as a point of alignment between the executive team and people resource management.Serve as the executive voice and point of contact within the organization.Lead by example by taking a proactive and hands-on approach to managing a wide variety of operational tasks delegated to the role.Lead and optimize day-to-day operations within the company, ensuring all processes align with corporate goals.Manage assigned financial aspects, including budgeting, payroll, and financial planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial principles and regulations.Within the reporting lines assigned, provide exemplary leadership, guiding senior and junior team members toward achieving business objectives.While working closely with global finance and legal, manage daily operational and paralegal tasks, reviewing and approving contracts and agreements to ensure they meet company and legal standards.Represent the company in dealings with external parties such as vendors and partners to foster and maintain strategic relationships
