Ensure that the presentations effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.Fosters a collaborative and high-performance environment. Monitor the performance of assigned staff, provide feedback, and recommend appropriate development and training opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.Collaborates with service providers to facilitate franchise applications, issuance of Broker Of Record (BOR), and the preparation of Terms of Reference to secure proposals for clients. Maintain strong relationships with service providers and ensure efficient coordination.Oversees the preparation and coordination of COB and policy contracts for successfully closed accounts. Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.Reviews and performs administrative and oversight functions to ensure the integrity of information entered into the Client Portal system.Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned by the company to support overall business operations and strategic initiatives.
