This includes leading Regional Sales Managers, directing commercial teams (including indirect channels), and coordinating additional support roles aimed at expanding the business and capturing market share. With full P&L responsibility, the role is pivotal in executing the strategic objectives of the Stryker Joint Replacement Business Unit.
