German and French a plus.Experience in negotiating strategic agreements with strong background of legal and commercial terms.Proficient knowledge of relevant Indirect categories.Proficient knowledge of project management and data analytics tools (Six Sigma, Lean, Excel, Power BI).CPSM certified is a plus.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Demonstrated ability to drive/deliver results and business value.Negotiation skills and experience (> 3 years).Proficient market knowledge of the different categories.Strong problem solving and analytic skills.Strong influence & communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, and written).Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and international environment.Highest ethical standards.Self- starter & high agility attitude.Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
