Campaigns Manager UK&I (all genders) As the Campaigns Manager, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline generation and local positioning for your assigned region. Your main responsibilities will include building, executing, and owning marketing campaigns from end-to-end, collaborating closely with colleagues in the Digital Marketing & Communications team. Additionally, you will measure, report, and optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI, integrating marketing automation and intelligence into each activity and program. It will be essential to ensure alignment and transparency with various marketing teams, including corporate communications, digital & performance marketing, events, visual design, and business development.
Responsibilities:
Your Day to Day: Own all Marketing Activities within your region both online and offlineDrive pipeline generation and local positioning for your assigned regionEnsure excellent campaign execution from marketing campaigns Collaborate closely with the Events, Digital Marketing & Communications team to ensure campaign effectivenessMeasure, report, and optimize campaign performance and ROIIntegrate marketing automation and intelligence into each activity and programEnsure alignment and transparency with marketing teams like corporate communications, digital & performance marketing, events, visual design, and with business development and salesWhat makes you excel in this position: Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable toolsProficiency in Marketo or comparable tools Proficiency in Drupal or similar CMS toolsExperience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools like 6sense or similar is a plusOnline and offline marketing experience with measurable success in campaign/project managementCommercial acumen and can report on pipeline generation, pipeline influence, and focus on target accounts Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plusExcellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Proven experience in collaborating effectively across functionsIt's time to become a Serralian… Do you look forward to taking on exciting challenges in an expanding and innovative environment?
