The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will lead a diverse team of professionals to ensure safe and efficient maintenance of both the underground and surface mobile equipment and drills at the McArthur River operation. There are two permanent positions being filled. In this role, you will: Maintain appropriate budget and workforce levels to ensure work is planned, scheduled and coordinated to deliver services as efficiently as possible. Provide departmental and site direction, foster a culture of operational excellence and uphold Cameco's values. Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to develop a high performing team Assist with the development of medium-term department strategies and occasionally act as site senior, attending daily and weekly meetings with your peer groups
