Using adult learning principles you will deliver training programs to site employees and contractors.In this role, you will:Perform all aspects related to the Systematic Approach to training.Communicate and collaborate effectively with all departments and contractors.Determine training requirements and develop and deliver classroom and practical training.Deliver training and conduct evaluations of employee performance.Maintain attendance/enrollment and training records in computer data base.Required:Certificate in Adult Education and/or Train the Trainer certification along with a background in training and development in a mining environment.
