Chief Financial Officer

Negotiable Full-Time 1 position We are looking for the CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER of a Medtech company, leader sector, (turnover +150 MM €), headquarters based in Barcelona province and with international presenceMissionDevelop and deliver a financial strategy that supports our client's growth and ensures financial and administrative sustainability. CFO is expected to envision, understand, and work toward the bigger picture. To achieve this, He/She engages in tactical problem-solving, take crucial decisions, and manage relationships with stakeholders. Responsible for managing the global finance team and taking overall responsibility for the Board finance pack and presenting to the board.Responsibilities:Oversight and management of the finance function to ensure accurate financial and statutory reporting.Own the financial processes, policies, procedures and controls to ensure safeguarding of company assets and accuracy of financial systems.Business partner to CEOs, providing high quality insight to Board on all financial matters: Accounting, Financial Planning, Audit/Consolidation, Treasury, Corporate Communication)Establishment of robust financial control framework within the group and aligned to the growth model.Managing relationship with third party external providers and other stakeholders (investors, Banks )Lead, inspire and develop management teamsReporting to CEOs and Member of Executive Board.20+ years of practical finance experience, preferably having led Financial & Admin operations in corporate mergers.Finance Director level experience in a fast growing organization that has scaled through company acquisitions, and managing international subsidiaries.Proven track record in international environments.Language requirements: Spanish and English (Proficiency or Native speakers) and other languages: French and/or German will be a plusStrong verbal and written communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills and an ability to build buy in and credibility at all levels.Excellent senior level stakeholder engagement skills and leadership skills in multicultural teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
