You can find more about our product here stratio.com/productAbout the roleHead of Controlling Reporting to the COO and the shareholders of the groupResponsibilities· Assess and evaluate financial performance of the group regarding the long-term strategic plan.· Lead the annual budgeting process, present it to the Board of Directors. Monitor business performance against the budget and prepare forecast when necessary.· Prepare and produce monthly reports to the Management Team and shareholders, including KPIs, Financials / operational data and deviations vs. budget among others.· Prepare business plans and all sorts of ad-hoc materials for new investment proposals, financing rounds, etc.· Implement financial, accounting and treasury control systems.· Improve existing and develop new processes for administration and finance.· Liaison with bank and all sorts of credit institutions.· Liaison with external auditors.· Lead and develop a team of dedicated professionals.· Be a proactive financial business partner, identifying areas for improvement, proposing customized and rational solutions for all the areas, help the sales team preparing offering proposals, etc.Key Skills & Requirements· Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar.· MBA or master's in finance, will be a plus.· Minimum 10-15 years of experience with at least 3-5 of these years working as a Head of Controlling / Finance Business Partner or similar senior positions in a medium size multinational company.· Previous experience in IT or software sector is a must.· Audit background working in a Big 4 will be a plus.· Business Acumen and ability to serve as a solid Business Partner for COO and the Board of Directors.· Solution orientated mindset and a hands-on attitude.· Experience in working within international organizations.· Experience developing robust financial controls.· Wide knowledge of the Spanish GAAP and IFRS.· Excellent PC/ financial modelling skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).· Excellent English and Spanish language skills are mandatory.What makes us differentAt Stratio we believe that people are at the heart of projects, this is why it is important for us to be able to work with freedom and responsibility.
