We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**As a **CIAM Leader, **your objective will be to manage and maximize the value of the **CIAM **ForgeRock **solution deployed in AWS Cloud, prioritizing the work of the teams.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:- Deploy, maintain and administrate ForgeRock CIAM solution in AWS Cloud.- Identify the technical needs of the project, using the DevOps pipelines for CI/CD integration: configuration, development, and testing.- Improve functional requirements, having a vision aligned with all stakeholders.- Lead teams, being responsible for their delivery.- Minimize the technical risk of the project by ensuring that it is carried out in accordance with good practices and architectural recommendations.- Standardizes and implement methodologies to optimize development and operations processe.EXPERIENCE- +2 years of experience in deployment & administration of CIAM solution (ForgeRock, A.zure B2C, Okta, Auth0 or Ping Identity).- Experience in AWS Cloud platforms.EDUCATION- Graduate/Licentiate/Master in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar education.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Functional and technical knowledge of CIAM solution, preferred ForgeRock.- Deployment, maintenance and administration of CIAM solution.- AWS Cloud Computing Infrastructure Knowledge (Kubernetes, Docker containers).- Continuous Integration Experience (CI/CD): Github, Jenkins, UrbanCode.- Agile Framework Experience & Tools: Jira, Confluence.- Cybersecurity knowledge:- Federated Authentication & SSO: OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML.- Authorization Framework OAUth 2.0.- Integration: Rest API, API Gateway, SCIM.- Knowledge of Javascript, Nodejs and VUE UI.- Experience in leading teams and projects.- Advanced English level and fluency Spanish.LI-PP1**Idiomas**:- Spanish
