The selected person will be responsible for leading the Fixed Income BBVA CIB Operations team in our headquarters in Madrid during the american markets shift, providing specialised support in key areas of the US Markets, in particular: Management of trades with the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation FICC, management of Tri-Party Repo at Bony & bilateral settlement with US Persons at DTC.About the jobLead and oversee operational processes of a young and motivated team located in Madrid, during the american markets shift:Pre matching of trades.Follow-up of the settlement status of transactions on the different US platforms and markets in which we are present.Following up on urgent queries from our clients and Front office colleagues.Analysing and resolving exceptions to maximise the settlement of trades and reconciliations process to maintain the integrity of records.Assist the liquidity teams to ensure the correct closing of the day.Ensure compliance with the mandatory procedures and rules.Participation in transformation initiatives that will allow us to comply with challenging regulations and to develop our product catalogue faster and better to our current and new customers, assuming a key role in the definition and implementation of the future operational models together with other BBVA functional and technical teams.Rotating shifts: From 15:00 to 22:00 hours and from 17:00 to 00:00 hours.Management of the night shift team to ensure the training, daily organisation and achievement of the team and individual goals.Coordination with the Europe and Asia shift team and Specialists.Working at BBVABBVA is a global companywith over 160 years of history present in25 countries with over81million customers.
