This pivotal role will shape the success of our new clinic and future franchise locations.Responsibilities:Strategically plan and execute the setup of clinic operations.Establish effective operational processes and systems.Navigate the complexities of healthcare regulations and guidelines.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care, encouraging and implementing innovative solutions.Manage clinic budget, including billing, payroll, and procurement, while optimizing resource utilization.Develop and maintain relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setting up and managing performance evaluations, staff development, and patient satisfaction.Set up new and support existing communications with insurance companies.Qualifications:Full working proficiency in English and Spanish (C1-C2) , both in written and verbal communication.
