Cloud Account Manager (Flemish)

David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a leading BPO company that supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. We're looking for a Flemish-speaking customer-facing Cloud Account Manager to execute the engagement and drive partner hand-off, provide initial face/voice to the customer, and drive sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression, cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients, leveraging your sales expertise Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to fulfil small and medium sized businesses needs of our client's leading cloud technologies Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: "Voice of customer" REQUIREMENTS: Native or proficient Flemish and fluent English Have 1-2 years' experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or sales account management or customer management experience Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc. Experience working with or selling Cloud similar solutions are a plus Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Cloud products is nice to have OFFER: Attractive remuneration with capped sales bonuses Working with a big name in the Cloud industry and gaining specialization in it Work from Monday to Thursday 9 AM - 5.30 PM, and on Fridays from 9 AM - 4.30 PM Office by the beach in Benalmadena Spanish lessons Indefinido contract Meal cards International team Stimulating environment Many opportunities for growth within the company
