Job Description As a Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will provide a technical product overview, offerings and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios, Increase technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought. Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline as well as operational metrics. Secure new customer wins for a cloud: maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers. Develop knowledge of the cloud's offerings and leverage all training resources. Provide technical product overview, offerings, and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios, Increase technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud. Conduct group and one-on-one training across the center on subjects of expertise. Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of developments of the solutions. Present cloud value propositions that align with customer's business objectives and IT initiatives. Targeted Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish or Swedish Speaker + English – Minimum C1 level or higher. Min 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience is required. Bachelor's degree is required preferably in computer science, mathematics, or engineering. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology. Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions is required. Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred. Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role. Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value. Understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends. Success-driven works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. A minimum of Fundamentals certification is required. L200 certification is preferred Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals. Experience in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is a bonus. Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning. Initiative to independently grow technical knowledge. For Swedish Speaker: 36000 EUR gross annual salary + 6000 EUR gross annual Bonus. For Finnish Speaker: 37540 EUR gross annual salary + 6000 EUR gross annual Bonus. Monday to Friday from 9:00 – 18:00.
