Responsibilities include:Prepare, season, and cook dishes.Assist with orders and keep track of kitchen supplies.Cook and present culinary dishes.Assist with buffet setup, service, and takedown.Inspect kitchen tools and report any issues.Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.Prepare food for banquets as needed.Decorate food presentation in coordination with the chef steward.Request supplies from the warehouse with chef's approval.Clean the kitchen, utensils, and equipment after service.Complete HACCP and Quality records.Participate in menu and menu planning.Contribute to cost control, inventory management, and purchasing.Implement inventory rotation techniques.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role.Fluent in Spanish.
