Job Purpose Design the strategic plan and drive our transformation to develop the commercial model of the future and deliver a meaningful and differentiated value proposition.
Main Accountabilities Responsible for the development and the guidance of transversal transformational projects in all project phases (definition, development, go-live, communication and post-implementation)Develops and coordinates transversal tactical action plans to address ad-hoc business needs in coordination with all commercial areas.Act as a guardian to assure a correct deployment of the commercial strategy and assures that all major commercial initiatives are aligned.Gather market and customer feedback and insights with external and internal research in terms of surveys, focus groups and field research.Main Responsibilities - Tasks Build strong impact assessments to ease the decision making for complex problems.Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities that build towards the commercial model of the future.Collaborate and develop inputs for strategic company and IAG plans.Build strong relationships through everyday interactions and conversations.Main Relationships Brand and MarketingCustomer ExperienceCommercialE-commerceOperationsPeopleTransformationEducation An MBA is highly valued.Experience Minimum 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in at least one of the following fields: commercial, marketing, customer, project management, transformation, change management.
