Read on… We're offering a full time position as a Community Associate to join our team in Barcelona and be the face of OneCoWork. The role focuses on creating an incredible environment for our members and overseeing the day-to-day building operations. At OneCoWork, you will ? : Operations & Front Desk Be a focal point of the entire community within OneCoWork Manage the daily opening and set up of the building (lights, meeting rooms, kitchen amenities, printers, tv's etc) Assist the maintenance team to report any issues and maintain the building in full operational capacity Handle all incoming mail and packaging and distribute to members Manage the front desk for members, walk-ins, security and any issues that may arise Keep the 'Honesty Market' (internal mini-market) fully stocked, taking regular stock checks and orders Events & Community Research and propose new events and networking opportunities for our member community Create a warm ambience for our members, the little things matter most! (birthday wishes, celebrate members milestones, etc) Hold regular member catch-ups to build engagement, listen to feedback, resolve any issues and improve customer retention. Execute the monthly events calendar for our members including afterwork, community breakfasts and other professional networking and social events. Support Marketing on the content creation (Photos, videos, quotes) to use across our social channels covering the events and what's on in your community Support Marketing and your manager on the analysis of new perks & partnerships that will bring value to your community Sales Assist with the building's primary email account for incoming sales requests and leads. Act as the primary point of contact for potential members reaching out via email or phone to understand their needs and provide valuable information. Maintain our CRM software fully updated for all sales leads to support reporting and data-driven decision-making. Lead tours of our spaces and provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive onboarding experience. What we're looking for ; You thrive in customer facing environments. A positive, do-whatever-it-takes attitude Customer service, hospitality and/or sales experience preferred but not necessary Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills A passion for entrepreneurial communities and dynamic environments Proficient in basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook A fast thinker with a dynamic mindset A strong understanding of OneCoWork's values Availability for 40 hours per week as well as attendance at both internal and external events hosted on-site as needed.
