What you will do: Conduct Audits and Inspections internally to the Maintenance and Engineering Management or externally to VOLOTEA contractors and subcontractors.Issue Audit Reports identifying and recording any deviation or finding and its evidences.Recommend solutions through established channels.Verify corrective actions implementation in a timely manner.Cooperate in the revision and issuance of internal procedures.Prepare the Annual Audit Plan.Participate in the Corporate Management Evaluation (MANEV).Manage the reporting coming from the CAMO and P145 providers.Evaluate the associated risk to each MSR, participating on the action plan definition and/or Safety Action Groups.Cooperate with the Electronic Flight Bag Administrator, being close to the performance of the actual operation results or needs.To manage the Safety Reports associated with the Electronic Flight Bag performance.To monitor the Electronic Flight Bag KPIs.What you will need: University Diploma Education level (Engineer, Technical Engineer, Pilot or TMA with additional training).Knowledge of the EASA PART M & EASA PART 145 REGULATIONS.Minimum of one (1) year experience in the Aircraft Maintenance area (Engineering, TMA, Technical Planning, Compliance Monitoring, etc.).High level of written and spoken EnglishHigh level of personal integrityWhat do we offer: Flexibility to work from home up to two days per week and subject to manager's approval.Access to year-round free flights (exc. airports tax) for you, your partner, and your children, with over 100 airlines worldwide.Gym pass discounts and more.Continuous training to continue your development.Learn more about working at Volotea HQ.
