The selected candidate will join the Composites ME Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES Translate the design into manufacturing specifications.Develop and maintain manufacturing structure.Develop, compile and control technical instructions to manufacture the product.Define and reach an agreement with the Production about the as planned structure such as lead-time, manpower feature, line balancing, labor time, cost and quality constraints.To introduce sustainability as part of the process definition for legacy and new development products.To lead improvement projects coordinating multifunctional teams.To ensure that our processes are defined following the health and safety requirements.To identify and mitigate process failure modes.SKILLS Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills? - Education: Engineering Degree or equivalent. Industrial or Manufacturing post-grade will be appreciated.
- Experience: At least 3 years in the area
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: Additional trainings related with Sustainability, H&S and CAD will be appreciated.
- Valuable / Nice to have: experience in automotive will be valuable/a master in X will be valued
