You will be responsible for supporting the project team and ensuring agility and compliance in managing the contracts associated with each project and coordinating external resources contracted by EPRS for the management of the projects.About Plenitude RenewablesEni Plenitude is an energy company that integrates the retail business and renewable generation with self-consumption and electric mobility solutions, providing energy and gas to more than 10 million homes and businesses across Europe, which offers a range of great professional opportunities for the whole team.This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business and will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.Eni Plenitude is present in Italy, France, Greece, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Norway, the United States, Kazakhstan, and Australia.In this context, Eni Plenitude Renewable Spain develops, builds, and manages photovoltaic, wind and battery storage plants for a capacity of 2 GW by 2025 in Spain and France.As a member of the contraction and commissioning department at Plenitude Renewables, you will be responsible for :· Supporting the Project Development and Procurement in the final phase of the contract's issuance.· Identify and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.· Developing and managing the dashboard for the control of the whole contractual framework and relevant obligations.· Acting proactively and in direct contact with the construction manager and the project team for the fulfilment of the obligations foreseen.· Ensuring the operation of the contract in terms of payment processes, exchange orders and contractual amendment.· Building and maintaining a fluid and correct communication flow with the contractors.· Proactively participating in the follow-up of the project and the periodic reporting.· Ensuring the correct contract's close-out.· Feeding the process of lessons learned for continuous improvement of contracts.This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :· Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or similar· experience in contract administration· Experience in the energy and construction field· Advanced handling of MS Office· Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools· Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English at the level of oral and written communication.· Responsible person, with initiative, goal-oriented, communication and teamwork skills.· Capacity for synthesis and facility to prepare reports and presentations.Eni will evaluate applications considering plurality and diversity as sources of enrichment.
