The Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising construction projects, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety, and overseeing project control. The role will require daily coordination and management of construction activities to ensure timely and successful project completion. The Construction Manager will be based in our Polinyà office, but partial time work on-site will be needed, 30% approximately.QualificationsSupervisory Skills, Project Control, and Industrial Construction skillsExperience in budgeting and cost managementKnowledge of construction safety regulations and proceduresDetermine what activities should be carried out in the workshop as well as monitoring who and howCoordination with the engineering department to know and have the necessary assembly documentation for each project.Prepare the documentation that, according to the list of project documents, is assignable to the Construction Manager.Be the Focal Point for the workshop staff and field staff of the projects.Coordination with Expeditions/Logistics/Client of the departure of all material to the field, according to contract, ensuring that it is installable and traceable with the rest of the field information (Assembly drawings, OM)Transfer the assembly information to the Commissioning manager to carry out OQ and start-up of the equipment.Reporting to Industrial ManagementStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team and manage multiple tasksExperience in the environmental technology industry.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fieldMinimum 4 years experience in a similar positionEnglish: level C1Look for more information for this position in: https://tecamgroup.com/es/trabajar-en-tecam/#J-18808-Ljbffr
