We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is motivated to learn.Functions & ResponsibilitiesOversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. Coordinate and supervise all the activities to be carried out by the Owner´s Engineering subcontracted.Supervision of the correct execution of the EPC/BOS scope of works according to the relevant contract, regulations, technical projects, and procedures.Exhaustive knowledge of the contracts entered into force with the EPC contractor and subcontractors.Review of working procedures.Follow-up of the contractual schedule, and actions to avoid deviations on it.Correct implementation of the HSE and Quality Plan. Ensure its compliance.Checking progress for approval of certifications and milestones payments.Coordination/preparation of reports to report to the Management (Project Director).Collaborate with the reception and confirmation of arrival of materials both provided by the EPC contractor and provided by other subcontractors (if any).Provide solutions, if required, from a technical and organizational point of view.Keep direct relations with suppliers, administrations, and any other stakeholders, at site level.Act as Facultative Direction, issuance of Certificate of Completion of Work. (Opt. not mandatory).RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering.At least 5 years of experience in the execution and supervision of large-scale PV projects in Europe.Experience in the construction of photovoltaic plants with different technical designs and integrated with BESS.Familiar with the supervision of mechanical and electrical erection subcontractors, civil works construction, quality supervision and validation of the ITP (PPI) with the EPC contractor.Proven experience in management, supervision and organization of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance in large scale PV plants is a plus.Compilation of O&M reports, documentation control, production and performance control, management, supervision, and control of subcontractors.Experience reading construction blueprints, layouts, elevation drawings, and evaluate O&M manuals and procedures, maintenance plans and reports.Other requirements:Knowledge in all disciplines related to PV construction (Civil/ Building, Electro-mechanical assembly, and I&C).Equivalent to a C1 level of Spanish.Equivalent to a C1 level of English.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines.Teamwork and collaboration. Great time management, analytical and problem resolution capacity.
