Working in the role as a consultant for our major Order-to-Cash areas Order Fulfillment, Outbound Logistics, Price Management and e-commerce / sales enablementDesign solutions supporting the Sika business teams on a regional and template-oriented basisWork with the latest technologies based on our S/4 HANA systemin a global team (with integration to non-SAP applications, cloud-based technologies including Salesforce)Provide and manage application support activities such as investigating and resolving incidents and change requests to meet both legal and new local business requirementsIntegration of SD/LE with WM and MMExperience on inter/intra company processesContribute and manage harmonization initiatives, safeguard Sika's SAP global template solutions and adjust according to Sika's best practices – following our governance proceduresImplement SAP solutions using defined methodologies (i.e., for data migration, training, testing and go-live)Lead and support template roll-outs (design, tests and implementation) as well as carrying out complex projects as part of the global SAP team.Your expertise - Our strengthBachelor or Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Studies or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years experience in configuring or implementing Order to Cash solution and Logistics ExecutionProject experience from successful SAP projects in the role of project manager/ functional lead or functional consultantProactive and structured person, who is used to drive initiatives from the beginning to the endStrong knowledge integrating SAP Order-to-Cash (SD/LE) with other SAP modules such as WM, MM, FI and familiarity with end-to-end thinkingDebugging skills in ABAP and experience in EDI and IDOC interface for sales orders processing transactionsStrong communication skills with experience working in virtual teams and feels comfortable communicating with stakeholders and colleagues of all hierarchy levelsReadiness to travel (30-40% travel requirements) in case needed for the projectsBusiness fluent in English both written and verbal, Spanish is a big advantage.Going Beyond.
