What you will do? Reporting to the EMEA Continuous Improvement Director, the EMEA Continuous Improvement Manager will evaluate past and current business processes and its related data with the primary goal of identifying outliers, increasing efficiency, and strengthening the business processes within our organization. Hybrid role How you will do it You analyze "broad spectrum" business data such as KPI's, CSAT results and other types of business reports Interpret the data versus the business processes they correspond with. Flag outliers and perform root cause analysis. Maintain close relationships with the business teams/departments and support them in taking structural, preventive measures. Evaluate business trends to spot overall improvement areas. You support the business leader in the roll out of these improvement projects. What we are looking for Minimal Bachelor Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in leading/governing the roll-out of Continuous Improvement projects, preferably in a retail environment. Willingness to learn ITIL. ITSM Certification preferred. Ability to gather and process a large amount of information. High level of mathematical ability. Advanced level of English language command Ability to analyze & interpret data vs the business processes they correspond with.
