Reporting to Contract Management Supervisor, his/her main functions will be:
• Manage contracts in the assigned territory (geographic area or product-market or product-client) in order to guarantee the correct management and fulfillment of orders obtained.
•Guarantee the contract process, from award to collection final.
• Carry out an exhaustive follow-up of the orders, ensuring the compliance with contract requirements, giving feedback on the status, delivery as well as updates or changes.
• Ensure administrative support to the client for billing, returns, credit notes and transport documentation in link
with the competent departments.
• Serve as a link between clients and company departments.
Reportando a Contract Management Supervisor, sus funciones principales serán:
• Gestionar los contratos en el territorio asignado (área geográfica ó
producto-mercado ó producto-cliente) con el fin de garantizar la correcta
gestión y cumplimiento de los pedidos obtenidos.
•Garantizar el proceso del contrato, desde la adjudicación hasta el cobro
final.
• Realizar un exhaustivo seguimiento de los pedidos asegurando el
cumplimiento de los requerimientos del contrato, dando feedback sobre
el estado del mismo, de la entrega así como actualizaciones o cambios.
• Asegurar el soporte administrativo al cliente para facturación,
devoluciones, notas de crédito y documentación de transporte en enlace
con los departamentos competentes.
• Servir de enlace entre clientes y departamentos de la empresa.
