Government - State (Government & Defence) The Contracts Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with the project's contractual requirements and guiding the technical group on contract matters. This role involves managing complex construction projects, identifying process improvements, and providing analytical support in financial and commercial aspects. Key Responsibilities:Ensure all project activities comply with contractual requirements and standards.Provide expert guidance to technical teams on contractual matters, including risk management and mitigation.Manage and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, from negotiation to completion.Identify and implement project process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct detailed financial and commercial analysis to support project decisions.Prepare and review contractual documentation, including claims, variations, and extensions.Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project management teams to resolve contractual issues.Maintain accurate records of all contract-related activities and communications.Support project managers in meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets.Facilitate communication and negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.At least 12-15 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).Proven ability to manage complex projects and identify process improvements.Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial or commercial analytics.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Willingness to travel as required.Willing to accept a project-based status.Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
