This is a temporary position for 18 months, with Bermeo, Spain, as the preferred location.However, other locations in Spain will also be considered.We offer :The opportunity to work with professionals from different locations around the world.Support in Capacity Costs and Investment Controlling, focusing on European and African network companies.Involvement in improving controlling processes, learning, and deploying robotics and other modern controlling tools, and building our GOCC community globally.Main responsibilities :Analyse and monitor the cost centre structure and spending using Wärtsilä processes and toolsPerform period-end closing tasks and collaborate with different stakeholders in the organisationAct as an expert in your field, train others, and actively seek process and tool improvementsChallenge conventions and identify opportunities for process improvementMaintain cost centre master dataAllocate costs and intra-group fees to business unitsCalculate technical service cost ratesMonitor and analyse data quality related to capacity costs and investmentsProcess investment requests in accordance with the Wärtsilä Accounting ManualMaintain and validate Asset Master data and Asset registerSupport stakeholders and ask questions to understand and improve processesProvide standard business reporting to stakeholders on department costs and investmentsPerform internal control tasks for Capacity Costs and InvestmentsSupport testing activities in SAP and other toolsSupport internal and external audits of the companiesRequirementsB.Sc. or M.Sc
