Your responsibilities and tasks: Responsible for all RE activities in the region, working with the RE Functional Heads to customise and align global concepts, strategies, governance and operational services to suit regional business needs.
Share responsibilities as part of the GEA Real Estate Team.
Responsibilities / Tasks:
The candidate will be responsible to manage the WEMEA & LAM Region Corporate Real Estate Portfolio (ca 218.000m2 – office and light industrial asset classes) with focus on:
Implementation of regional strategy to improve efficiency and quality of the portfolio (freehold and leasehold transaction, footprint and cost efficiency projects, negotiations, etc)
Implementation of tactical solution to face with short-term actions
Supporting the Company to achieve Sustainability targets with Real Estate technical solutions
Preparation of real estate scenarios analysis to be reported to executive levels
Achievement of the targets and KPIs
Management of the regular lease administration activities
Update and report data and metrics to the organization
The candidate will report to Head of Property Portfolio Management and will be part of the Property Portfolio management team included in the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) department (COO area).
Your profile and qualifications:Technical background (architecture or engineering)
MRICS/MBA are considered a plus
Min 10 years of experience in Real Estate field with focus on Portfolio management
Experience in Real Estate portfolio management with negotiations and transactions
Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word (AutoCad is considered a welcome plus)
I ndependency, flexibility, proactivity, relationship aptitude, team working and ability to approach with Executives
The job requires also availability to travel often across the region (WEMEA&LAM) creating strong relationship with local and global business and operational functions
Fluent English speaking and writing with B2 (C1 preferred) level is mandatory. Any other language is considered a plus.
