The role: As the Paynest Country Manager for Spain (based in Madrid/Barcelona), you are set to spearhead our expansion into the Spanish market, marking a significant milestone in our journey. Your role will be pivotal in launching Paynest's commercial activities across Spain.


Key Responsibilities: Lead the launch of Paynest's operations in Spain, setting up our footprint in the Spanish employer ecosystem.Craft and execute a clear go-to-market strategy that leverages partnerships, direct sales, and other channels to introduce Paynest's innovative platform to Spanish businesses and their employees.Collaborate closely with Paynest's leadership to pinpoint and seize new strategic and commercial opportunities, aligning with our mission to improve company's inefficiencies, while always taking care of their employees.Achieve and exceed growth targets on a monthly and quarterly basis by being proactive, innovative, and strategic.Navigate the dynamics of the Spanish market with agility, adapting strategies in response to market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory changes.
