Our client is a leading multinational company in the industrial sector. They are currently in the process of expansion and growth in strategic markets. In this context, they are looking for the Country Manager (Spain).In this role, you will take on the leadership of the Spanish industrial subsidiary located in Catalonia of the large international group, world leader in its market.Your mission will be to maintain, expand and prospect key clients and partners, helping the Spanish subsidiary reach the ambitious growth targets, and maintain its position as market leader at a national and international level.The position's roleReporting to the mother company General Manager, the main functions related to the role will be:A real link between the Group and the subsidiary, you will have to manage a solid and multidisciplinary team.Establish and apply the strategy to be deployed for solid and controlled growth in the territory.Develop relationships with all key accounts and promote the image of the group's brands and products among diverse partners.Carry out market intelligence (product, customer) in order to identify and propose developments in the proposed offering (commercial, product, service).Create the budget with the Management Team and ensure monitoring (reporting) and compliance in its implementation.Define the main performance indicators with the Plant Controller to evaluate the proper functioning of the subsidiary and share them within the group.SkillsYou have excellent relational skills and good verbal skills.You are recognized for your leadership / management of multidisciplinary teamsYou know how to take decisions into account and judge financial impacts.You have a genuine entrepreneurial spiritProfileHigher Education in Engineering or BusinessAt least 10 years of experience in a leadership position acquired in the industrial environmentA real appetite for commercial animation in the countryAbility to travel at a national levelLanguagesEnglish : Fluent / Full Professional Proficiency - MANDATORY.Spanish: Fluent / Full Professional Proficiency - MANDATORY.CompensationOur client is willing to bring a top executive on board, so a competitive compensation package will be defined according to the candidate's capabilities.Nivel de antigüedad Director Head of Sales Iberia - Barcelona based - M/F/D Director Enterprise sales, Pharmaceutical Accounts Barcelona 60.000,00USD - 90.000,00USD Hace 2 meses JEFE DE VENTAS/ SUPERVISOR DE ZONA RETAIL#J-18808-Ljbffr
