In the context of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Country Manager to expand our operations and business development in Spain, continental Europe and LATAM countries. As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for incorporation of the company, developing the company's business strategies, managing the local operations, and ensuring the overall success in the market. Our ideal candidate is a strong sales and business development oriented leader with a deep understanding of the local market and business landscape within the fintech and online retail industry. She/he should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners. Significant knowledge on the Spanish payment landscape and e-commerce, including sales, trade and marketing strategies End-to-end management of the company's incorporation process in Spain and execution of operations Develop and implement the company's business strategies and objectives in Spain Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to identify business opportunities and potential risks Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's market share and customer base Prepare and present regular reports on market performance and business activities to senior management Which qualifications do we need? Proven experience (3+ years) as a Country Manager or similar senior business development (preferably in B2B) or revenue leadership role in e-commerce/fintech/payment sector Strong business understanding of the local market and business landscape Team player with excellent leadership and people management skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Native in Spanish and fluent in English Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA preferred What will your benefits be?
