We have an environment where growth and development is very important, and we are rewarded for our performance.What you will do in this roleYou get the chance to become the specialist of the Southern European market (main focus: Spain, Italy): with your campaigns you test which channels perform best, which messaging resonates best, what the pain is and how Sendcloud adds value.You want your campaigns to be effective and the sum of them to drive revenue. That's why you measure your campaigns end-to-end.You create local marketing campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads that convert to customers.You work with the wider marketing team to execute on your campaigns but you don't mind making your hands dirty.You will identify and work with local partners and influencers to increase brand visibility and market share.You work closely with sales and customer success because you want to know what is going on, where the opportunities lie and what potential customers are looking for. You also work together on lead, conversion and revenue goals.You work together with cross-functional teams, including product, performance, event, content and brand, to develop marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with the Spanish and Italian market.You are the driver and therefore ensure that the campaigns are live on time, measured and optimised.You manage your own budget and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.Your Spanish is as fluent as if it was your mother tongue and you're fluent in English; Italian is a nice to haveYou feel at home in a dynamic environment where you like to bring structure.
