Our aim is to improve people's health and quality of life across the globe.As National Sales Director , you will report to the Spain CEO and focus on improving the clinic's day-to-day sales operations to support our strategic and long-term objectives.You will help setting best-in-class standards and work with other leaders to ensure compliance and that processes, training, quality are in place. This role will require frequent travelling.Lead the sales efforts for clinics across Spain.Recruit, train, motivate and coach the clinic Sales & Medical teams - around 40 clinics.Work with site teams on the sales process, execution and conversion of clinics.Ensure that best practice and standard sales operating procedures are followed across all sites.Ensure that training and induction procedures and training materials are in place for clinic staff.Continuously monitor sales activities, including metrics and reporting, to ensure quality standards are met.Implement proactive and reactive contingency plans for challenges and issues that may result in unusual variations in clinic visit volumes.Continuously foster a philosophy of continuous improvement to challenge the status quo and make improvements wherever possible.Maintain excellent cross-functional relationships to ensure teams effectively deliver results in excess of corporate OKRs.Willingness to travel throughout Spain.What you need to be successful :+ 5 years experience in a similar role (ideally in a large scale dental-chain company)Strong Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team across a large network of clinics.Opportunity to grow in an innovative company and Top International Scale Up.Benefits with our treatments, aligners, and products.Collaborative work environment and positive culture.International and diverse teams.At Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
